The Community Fincance Corporation could not be more pleased or proud to congratulate the Fort Bend Epicenter on receiving the HBJ 2024 Landmark Awards for Community Impact this week, just eight months after opening its doors to the public.

Community Finance Corporation was instrumental in achieving the recent groundbreaking of a $41.7 million workforce housing development project in the Museum District and Collins Park neighborhood of Miami Beach. When complete, the 80-unit apartment building will provide low-cost rentals for the area’s first responders, artists, and other city and public employees, as well as an entire floor dedicated to dorm rooms for the neighboring Miami City Ballet School.

The Community Finance Corporation is overseeing the financing, design, construction and equipping of a new convention and event center in Rosenberg, Texas.

The Fort Bend County EpiCenter will host concerts, festivals, livestock shows, sporting events, conferences, graduations and similar events. It will also serve as a command center and shelter during extreme storms or other disasters.
